Some problems, such as paperwork snarls that have been building for some time, are best served through an hourly fee.

Self-directed Navigation is best for people who have the time and energy to solve a problem themselves, but lack the expertise. In this way costs are minimized and the responsibility shared between HPN and the client. Self-directed Navigation is also charged by the hour.

Health Plan Monitor for current bills is invoiced annually or quarterly.

Hospital and Medical Bill Review and Reimbursement is a service provided for a percentage of what we recover. If you feel you have been wrongly charged, Health Plan Navigator™ will review your records at no charge to you. If we discover problems, our only fee is a portion of what we recover; it’s like getting a professional audit for free!
