Occasionally Health Plan Navigator will encounter a problem for which we need the help of your HR Department. HPN will suggest ways your department can assist and understand Managed Care better. Another option is for HPN to actually come into your HR workplace and examine some of the most common insurance related problems presented. HPN then trains your department in ways to out-manage managed care.
