For a small fee/employee each month, Health Plan Navigator will provide your entire workforce with an 800 number where they can talk to an experienced health insurance consultant. We clarify insurance plans, recommend physicians on your plan, and troubleshoot problems. For more complex problems, HPN offers both a full service option and "Self-Directed Navigation."

Health Plan Navigator provides them with a layer of privacy, assuring them that their information remains private. Your employees will feel comfortable talking with a confidential HPN consultant.

For an hourly rate, Health Plan Navigator offers informal discussions with groups of up to twenty employees who have health insurance issues they wish to discuss, and/or for those who want to know more about how health insurance works.
