HPN has requests from other parts of the country to organize and administrate their paperwork. We have developed several strategies to serve this growing share of out client list, including Self Directed Navigation, Telephone Consultation, accepting medical records through registered mail, and working with families and providers through telephone, fax and e-mail.
If you elect to have us service your account by sending us your medical records, we treat them as we would any other personal client. They are organized, and ensuing problems solved just as we would a local client. Your records are then returned to you.
